To make adjustments to your active recurring commitment, please follow the steps below:

Log in to your DonorID here (use the same email associated with your commitment)
Unable to log in successfully? If you receive an error message when attempting to log in to your DonorID, please contact our team here. It is possible that the password you've entered is incorrect, you've been locked out due to too many login attempts, or you do not have a DonorID set up yet.
To Add a New Payment Method, follow these instructions to apply your new payment method to your DonorID.
Once the payment method has been added (Or you just want to edit your commitment details), access the Commitments tab from the left side of your dashboard.
Tip: If you do not see your donation or commitment records within your DonorID, be sure to confirm your email address. Records will not be displayed until your email address has been confirmed. An email would have been sent to your email inbox. Please send an email to help@anedot.com if you are unable to locate a confirmation email.
Click the Actions button next to the commitment you want to update.
Then click Edit
You can then make adjustments to your commitment or add the new payment method within the Edit Commitment drawer.
Click Save before exiting!

Your commitment is now updated! Updates will be reflected on future donations.
